Return policy

You are welcome to return any product you buy from us within 30 days from your purchase date. The product must be returned in the same condition as you received it. Contact us to arrange the return. 

UK delivery and collections - FREE

Products sold in the UK are subject to free shipping or in-store pickup from our workshop in Warrington, with the exception for very large items where a minimum fee may be applied for delivery. We use a range of trusted domestic couriers, depending on the type of product you select. Collection from our workshop is free of charge for all items, but you need to contact us to arrange an appointment beforehand.

All orders are packed with care and we will aim to get the product to you safely as soon as possible. Tracking and courier information will be supplied to you upon shipment.

Global deliveries

All products are available for global shipping. We use a range of trusted carriers for our global orders, selected to suit your product. You will find the estimated delivery cost by clicking on the purchase price on your selected product, when you select your country in the shipping information. 

Exceptionally large or bulky items, or shipping to remote areas may be subject to extra charges. We will inform you, in case this is applicable. You may also contact us if you have any delivery queries and we will be happy to assist.

All global orders are carefully packed, and we will aim to get the product to you safely as soon as possible. Tracking and courier information will be provided upon shipment.

We are lucky to have the best customers and it’s very unusual for things to go wrong. However sometimes things don’t always go according to plan, even with the best intentions. If you are, for any reason, unhappy with a product or service, please get in touch. We will work with you to solve the issue in a quick and friendly manner.

Return costs

We are happy to take back any unwanted products within 30 days from the purchase date. Costs for the returns are subject to the customer. Please ensure the products are packed with care using the same box and packing materials provided by us. We are not liable for damage during return shipment due to insufficient packing and we reserve the right to deduct such costs from the refund of the product price.

Customs, taxes and import fees

You may be subject to import fees and taxes when the shipment reaches your destination. These costs are borne by the recipient. Custom policies vary between countries, therefore we advise that you check with your local customs office to enquire about fees before you buy. We are not liable for such costs, nor costs for returns due to failure of customs clearance due to insufficient payments by the recipient.

Faulty products

All products we sell are tested and fully operational unless otherwise stated. In the rare event, you should receive a product which is faulty or not in line with our description, we will take full responsibility and arrange for a return or compensation upon agreement with the customer. Please note that products returned due to fault will be tested. We reserve the right to deduct postage costs for products where no fault can be detected. 

Damage or loss during transit

We take full responsibility for loss or damage. In the rare event a product is damaged in transit, notify us immediately upon delivery and send us a description and photos of the damage incurred as we may need to submit a claim with our courier. 

All our items are tracked. In the unlikely event your parcel should be lost during transit, please inform us within a reasonable time from the estimated delivery date. In most cases these shipments are more likely to be delayed or temporarily misdirected due to reasons outside our control, so we may need a few days to work with our carriers to locate the parcel.
